It was more about an example how a person might not be able to setup the configuration correctly by doing it manually. And, I finally figured out what my problem was after reviewing the readme.txt file more thoroughly and reviewing the machine.config file. When I initially did the configuration, I tried to do it too quickly, and made errors. And, to stay on thread.
