For GAC and registry it's only a small issue solvable with couple of
questions in batch file. But editing (and parsing) machine.config
files (32- and 64-bit) isn't easy (if we don't wanna to write some XML
editing app.). Maybe just echoing right line to machine.config should
help. Developer isn't probably idiot so it's able to put it to
machine.config file.

The problem is, that people (developers) trying to think about this.
Just doing steps described in readme (without thinking how to hack the
process) is enough. :)
