Hi Martin, I'm unclear on what is unclear to you, but minimize leaves
all of firebug running, but just pulls down the UI. Close on the other
hand destroys any meta data Firebug has created and detaches from the
web page.

Ok, here's an issue I am uncertain about.

In 1.4a21 I changed the Firebug icon operations:
   Firebug is closed: Click opens
   Firebug is open: Click minimizes
So now the close button is the red [x] button.

I guess you minimized, switched, then when you switched back Firebug
came up because it was just minimized.

Feedback welcome: I think that users will want the Firebug icon to
open, minimize, unminimize, minimize, ... rather than open, close,
open, close. Even if it is inconsistent. Because it is the common
operation. Let me know.

I think I should add a "resetAllOptions" to help with bug reporting if
nothing else.
