I agree that minimize ought to be the default option -- most of the
time, I just want that window space back. But I don't care about every
pixel, and don't always go trying to close the find bar, for example.
That is what got me going on having Firebug 'minimize' to a small bar
(where I could still click on the inspect button, for example, where
after choosing an item to inspect, firebug would go to its previous
open state). I figure that the minimized/bar version could come in
handy for future releases. Network activity, for example could cause
the Net tab to blink, etc.
