We are still not on the same page here.  By 'maximize', i mean
whatever you call it when someone clicks the Firebug icon in the
bottom right to show the Firebug console.  I called that 'open'
originally, but that was not clear enough.  So, to reiterate, let me
give another use-case scenario.  I want Firebug activated, but
minimized for all tabs in my domain.  So, then, when I activate or
deactivate Firebug for a domain, i want it activated for all pages in
that domain.  Coming back to that 'Active Same Origin URLs' option, I
prefer to leave that On.  However, when opening/minimizing, i want to
be able to independently control each tab's console.  But, 1.4 and 1.5
are minimizing/opening all tabs in the same domain when I change it in
just one tab.  I need an option to change this, or maybe just change
the behavior back to how it worked before, if this is a bug.
