Tim, Your note about the extension files has helped shed some light. But still no FB.
Here is what I did. Closed FF. Deleted extensions.* from my profile directory. Opened FF Went to getfirebug.com and clicked install Went through install process. Clicked restart FF after install FF restarted No FB. Google TB, Selenium, .Net Framework Assistant. I had Alexa Sparky installed. After I deleted extensions.* the first time it said it was not compatible with FF 3.5.3 (although it was working previously).
