Good idea! I disabled all options and found that I did indeed see the bad display after reloading my web page. Same thing with only ERRORS enabled - nothing was logged and the display was incorrect. With just CACHE enabled I got all the entries in the Logs window and the JavaScript was correctly displayed in the Firebug window. I am now starting to experiment with various options in FBTrace to see which ones result in a good/bad display.
