Yet, most companies are loath to pay for certs and training as their
employees often go out and seek better pay elsewhere. Yes, some companies
will stipulate that if the employee leaves before a speciafied time frame
after the education/cert<s> that the employee is responsible for paying
the costs, yet, many companies and recruitment firms will cover this
themselves for the newhire.
