Two solutions - one not ethical one ethical The non-ethical one - setup a shell company - work from that - anyone who sues will get themselves an empty shell and that sall.. The ethical one (well more ethical) do sub-contracting instead, that way the company contracting you has to take responsibility for your work. Sure you don't make quite as much, but then again you do end up with a 'free' marketing arm - try the consulting firms - it worked for me.
