Well, be careful. When I said what I said (wrote anyway) I meant that even 
though you did a good job, went by the book etc...  If somebody's job is on 
the line, or company's reputation or lawyers wanting to have some fun, you 
ARE DONE.  Because you will have to DEFEND yourself and that's what is going 
to kill you and will take lots of your time so just don't bother.  As for an 
insurance, this will be good for one time only after you have paid a big 
premium.  Get sued once and you will never be able to get insured again  
(well not likely anyway, or maybe if you are ready to pay another bigger 
premium, so why would you want to do this job anyway... might as well go 
pick up garbage you will probably wind up with more $$$...).  Also, like 
somebody mentioned to me negligence, well this is a different story.  It was 
not my point.
