I know that conseal firewall, and mcafee personal firewall(conseal private
desktop) are both vpn capable infact they their own vpn product available
for free at www.consealfirewall.com

Has anyone successfully tested these products with a VPN? Norton Internet
Security 2000, for example, won't work with a VPN.
