Win 2K does L2TP on IPSec. I think it is nowhere near
a complete VPN solution. Also, Win 2k is mostly
implemented on the client side to use some VPN gateway
as the other side of the tunnel.
Are they using Raptor for that? The main question
would be to find out if the Win 2k interoperates with
Raptor or whatever platform they are using.
By no means does Win 2k provide a complete VPN
solution like Raptor or any other vendor would.
