To be fair to Raptor, their support staff can handle the basic questions.
Its when you go beyond the basic questions things tend to break down. Oh
yes, and if you have a BIG site (ie: more than 5K users), double their
system requirements at the mimimum. KPMG US has 25000 users. We run two T3
lines, one to a pair of Sun Enterprise 250 machines, and the other to a pair
of Ultra 2 machines (soon to be three). Dual processors in all of them, gig
or so of memory, lots of logging disk space.
