I have the factual data to back up statements I make. I was a Raptor
customer since before the Axxent acquisiton. I have no complaints about the
current firewall product, however I have taken issue with the treatment of
their customers following the Axxent deal. One of my current Enterprise
customers, after spending probably over $20K on their products and paying to
keep support contracts with them current over the years, has not been able
to receive the support or upgrades they are am entitled to since Axxent.
They have lost me, and my current customers because of this. I will no
longer recommend their products to my customers and I have since been
migrating them to other products. I have communicated this to them and they
could not care in the least aparrently since I never received any responses.
