Any way you look at it, we're building a searchable repository of both newb and advanced tips. Flash programmers aren't Nazis, marching together as some kind of unified front against all newbies. A community has elements from all skill levels, and if a newbie has a coding question for the group, I don't see why it shouldn't be asked. If the newbie hasn't searched for the answer before posting, he/she should receive a mild electric shock and we can be done with it.
