Believe me, I'm first to say use XML, but that's not always an option
when your .Net developer is writing the HTML rendering (and it renders
on the fly) for you and wants to just pass you a dynamic param in it.
It's a nice option to do something simple without the extra coding
hassle of loading XML.  All depends on the situation. In his situation,
XML seemed like overkill.
