If you right click and zoom in you can see that these games are all pre-rendered 3D bitmaps.
I've used Swift3D, but prefer plugins for real 3D applications, such as Illustrate! for 3DS Max. Discreet used to sell a product called Plasma too, which was kinda 3D Studio Max lite with native support for SWF output, which was great, especially for 3DS users!
