I meant odd because when I put the gotoAndPlay("slide13") before sound is
started, it jumps to frame 150 or so.
I also tried to gotoAndPlay(85) and gotoAndPlay(3000) but it never went
there.

Well, no, not odd. The sound loads in frame 19 so the playhead has to  
travel there to load the sound.

I was going to frame "slide13" before the sound got loaded. Duh.
