Before I left, I had employees all over the world, including a Flash developer, and he turned out some very sophisticated stuff. I came back assuming I could find another Flash developer offshore just as easily as I did it back then. I was surprised to discover such was not the case. That's why I had to take on this work myself. Don't counsel me on how to live my life. I do a darn good job, thank you very much.
