Have you tried putting everything in a fresh new .fla? Sometimes .flas get corrupt. And are you using a document class?

I've replaced all existing components with new components and trial and error deleted all the other library graphics but it's still not publishing. Anyone have any suggestions? No compile errors are thrown, so I have no idea where to start.
