Well, sonatype runs on Hudson too. And everything here is maven based. So far hudson does a great job.
This is probably an environment related issue, but I have not idea what is going on. Does anyone know if there is any limitations on running plexus cli on CI? Did you both tried to define <flexUnitCommand> pointing to real flash player location?! VELO May be, it isn't find your environment variables.
