One thing I have just noticed, is that something, presumably the cmd.exe process, has written a zero-byte "url.dll" into the parent directory of where Continuum builds from. I can't offer any explanation for that as yet, but wondered if this turned on any lights for anyone? I'll try to investigate further over the holidays.
