If you go to Project->Export Release Build it will reduce the file size some. I'm sure there is some overhead, but I believe the release build removes the debugging overhead (just guessing). Try that and see what you come up with.

If I remove all of the code and just publish an empty application file, the size drops to 238KB. Is there a way to reduce the overall file size. Are things getting compiled that are extraneous?
