Thanks for the very detailed response. Initially, I am trying to create some components in Flex and use them (import) in Flash, thus the reason for the small file size. As I am sure you are aware, they stripped a lot of the better/more used components(IMO) out of CS3. I am not sure if I can still use the method you first mention for what I want to do?
