I purchased the upgrade to Flex Builder 3 Professional and after the order went through instead of a serial number all that I got was a message that said "Contact Customer Service."
I just got off of a 15 minute phone call with Customer Service and was told that it will take 24 to 48 hours before serial numbers are available. Supposedly I will receive an email with the serial number, but after many bad experiences with Adobe Customer Service, let's just say I'll believe it when I see it ;-) Anyway, just wanted to get the word out in case you buy Flex Builder 3 and expect to receive a serial number for the product at the time you make the purchase.
