Hi all, Massive apologies for the screwup here. The problem is that the system for some reason didn't wire up to generate serial numbers for FB Pro. It did get wired up for FB Standard. We are working to fix that right now. Don't bother contacting customer service, we should have this straightened out in a few hours.
