Dan,

Make sure that you're changing the buffer size in PowerSDR's Setup Form ->
Audio Tab (as opposed to changing it in the radio control panel).  This will
ensure that the application is aware of the change and makes all of the
necessary changes to the DSP, Audio, etc to handle the smaller buffers.
