It would not be a skin, it would be a an entirely new console and based on the man-hours it took to create the one that is in use now in PowerSDR, I suspect you could buy a Tesla for the amount of money it would take to fund development. :-)

My experience with obsessed and driven contesters is that no price is too great to pay, no burden too great to bear. For the cost of an antenna farm one can buy a whole bunch of laptops...
