UPDATE:
I changed my Firewire driver from the legacy Driver to the T.I. driver, it
has NOT lost transmit Power after 20 minutes of changing Bands, or changing
Sample Rates.
BUT I wont be sure it fixed it until I use it for a while and start turning
DDUTIL functions back on.
73's and Hope this helps others.

NOT Here,
I did a DB Reset several times, turned the Radio off, Pulled power off the
radio for 10 minutes, removed and reinstalled the software package.
When I originally installed I removed 2.0.16 completely and rebooted before
I installed 2.0.19.
It does it after changing the band many times to tune the AT-Auto tuner,
worse when running DDUTIL as the other gentleman reported.
It is real prevalent if I stop PowerSDR then change the sample rate a few
times.
You just think it is fixed then you do something and the Power Output goes
to 0.
It does NOT take a data base reset like it used too to fix it, but rather
shutdown PowerSDR so it doesn't lock up and reset power to the Radio, seems
more like a Firmware / Driver issue then a PowerSDR issue.

A db reset fixed Richard's issue.
