Perhaps you can help me identify a mode that I see frequently, usually just at the upper end of the PSK region, on 20 meters.

Possibly MFSK16 which is quite common, at ~ 14.076 you'll see JT65.

MFSK16 is better than PSK31 when there's multi-path.
