We run our wiki exclusively over https and have no problems whatsoever.

Assuming you're not running a *really* old build, it should be pretty
much a matter of requiring SSL in IIS. We did a fair amount of work a
few months ago to make sure that URLs are correct - if you find that's
not the case I'll want to hear about it.

I am running FlexWiki 1.8 (not sure of the exact version at the moment).
I would like to know if it is possible to configure FlexWiki to run over
SSL?  I couldn't find anything on the website about it.
