I just checked in the completed repairs to the SqlProvider - SQL
Server-backed namespaces are once again supported. Grab the bits from
builds.flexwiki.com.
I would really appreciate help testing this one out. I know SQL support is
fairly important to some people. If that describes you, do yourself a favor
and install the new build somewhere you can hammer on it a bit. Report any
bugs to me and I'll fix them as quickly as I can.
One thing I would point out is that performance sucks right now. With
caching disabled, there are multiple calls to the database for essentially
everything the wiki does. I'm aware of this, and my next task is to add
caching back in, which should help a lot.
Assuming that I can quickly fix any bugs people find, my plan is to ship
this build as "FlexWiki 2.0 Beta 2". After that, caching, as I said, and
then down to the details: some minor UI work, particularly in the /admin
pages, fixing up a couple of other minor bugs, and then we'll release this
sucker.
