I will give you detailed steps to follow to get the borders back (please
excuse me if it is _too_ detailed, but it will save extra message traffic
and time..)
1. In a browser - open the HomePage where you get the error message
(sql-based namespace)
2. Move the mouse over the title 'Home Page' - you will get a small pop-up
"Click here to quickly jump to or create a topic"
3. Left click the title 'Home Page' (the area outline by a box)
4. Enter '_NormalBorders' in the space to 'Enter a topic name...' that is
now empty of the title
5. Press the 'Return' key
6. This will take you to an Edit page, saying you will create a new topic
'_NormalBorders'
7. Select all the text in the edit area and delete it and paste the contents
of the previously described -NormalBorders in this area
8. Press the save button.

Let me know if you have any problems
