The quick solution is to create a new topic '_NormalBorders' and then paste
the content of the '_NormalBorders' topic (you can copy it from the edit
page) from a file-based namespace where the borders are working correctly.
Is the default HomePage for the SQL based namespace working correctly or did
you create a new topic 'HomePage' as well?
