Build 2.0.0.199 available at [1] now has the full script for creating the
SqlStore with the Stored Procedures for WriteTopicLock/Unlock included
New sites can now just run the GUI or console app to create a new SqlStore
for FlexWiki. Existing SqlStores should just run the Update script to
include the 2 new Stored Procedures.
