As for the question.... I have a P3-450 on my machine
(at home). And why replace ?
Well, FGFS, FS2002 and Fly2! should probably
run much faster (due to T&L). I'm not sure as 
for the fillrate though (but I think the MX
outperforms TNT2Ultra in fillrate too).

The GeForce3 (or whatever) will join my computer
when Linux goes out with kernel 2.6 and Debian
declare Sid as stable... ;)
