Ok I opted to piss everyone off (except maybe the non-programmers) and put it
back the way it was.  It just required a minor change in the viewer to make
the pilot eye offsets back to lining up with the "screen coordinates"...ie X
is right, Y is up and Z is back.  One problem is that the "Pilot Offset Dials"
are reversed when in the cockpit...Heading moves up/down and Pitch moves
left/right around the origin.  Generally I'm not too worried about this as I
don't think the dials are a good interface for setting the "eye" in the
cockpit (we need something different like just an puiEdit dialog).  I did add
arrows for tiny adjustments to the radius, so it can easily be used to adjust
the pilot's eye in the cockpit, albeit a little odd feeling at first.  Should
be able to submit these changes tonight.
