No. It only removed heading damping from the "Helicopter View". Everything else is unchanged. > FYI -- View #3 does not 'play' well w/ my computer (Linux w/ a GeForce4 Ti > 4400 card). The screen update sometimes lags, and then jumps w/ > updates. So about every 2 secs, I get a 'jerk' in the view. Yes. That happens if the model altitude and the viewer altitude drift too much apart. It's a bug for which I'll provide a patch as soon as possible (probably for main.cxx). You can set "at-model-alt-damping" to zero if you can't live with it. I think that development versions should be usable, but they don't have to be perfect at all times. (Otherwise we would have to rip out the UIUCModel as well, no?) :-} > I think if we start creating more views, we should *add* them and not > *exchange* them (i.e. not delete an old view for a new one). None of the views was removed. m. ;-) _______________________________________________ Flightgear-devel mailing list [EMAIL PROTECTED] http://mail.flightgear.org/mailman/listinfo/flightgear-devel
