Can you report a specific location, heading, frequency, altitude,
etc. where you see a problem?

Based on your description of the problem, you might not be aware that
the VOR needle does not point to the VOR station.  Instead, you tune
the frequency, and then dial in the target radial.  The VOR needle
will tell you if you are left or right of the radial you have
selected.  It's a bit more to it than that, but that's the general
idea.

Certainly bugs can creep in unexpectedly, so if you still think
there's a problem, please send us some details so we can replicate it.
