Can you report a specific location, heading, frequency, altitude,
etc. where you see a problem?

Everywhere. see below for details

Based on your description of the problem, you might not be aware that the VOR needle does not point to the VOR station. Instead, you tune the frequency, and then dial in the target radial. The VOR needle will tell you if you are left or right of the radial you have selected. It's a bit more to it than that, but that's the general idea.
Yes I have got that system working perfectly. But what the list either
does not know or does not understand is that in commercial aviation
and probably many other areas they have what is called a RMI or ADF
VOR guage and on such guages there is two needles one for VOR1/ADF1
one for VOR2/ADF2.And its use is to tell you instantaneously the direction
to the tuned station. And its other function is to tune in two stations and
the angles to the stations enable the pilot to plot a position. For instance
if I tune one vor to KSFO and one to KOAK and draw lines at the angles
the needles are pointing then where they intersect is the position of the
A/C.
Anyway all I am asking is would it be possible to have a property for the
NAV radios like is already present for the ADF radios.
