Ok, so this sounds less like a bug report with the current VOR's and
more of a feature request so you can impliment more complex
instrumentation, right?

Looking in the code, if I understand your request correctly, you may
want:

   /radios/nav[%d]/radials/actual-deg

This will give you the current radial you are on, but that factors in
the alignment of the VOR radials so it isn't exactly the direction to
the station.

I will commit a change that adds the true heading to the station (in
degrees) here:

   /radios/nav[%d]/heading-deg
