OK. So, where is the pilot viewpoint placed, now? Is it no longer placed at
the CG. Is FlightGear reading and using that value from a file (this would
be good)?

Initially, we were providing pilot eyepoint in our config files because it
did not appear to be being supplied anywhere else. If that is being supplied
and used accurately elsewhere, I'd be perfectly happy. We can still use our
value to supply pilot accelerations (for driving motion bases, etc.).
