Jon's right, you can't win. Using SI pervasively sounds like a great idea, but it doesn't win you much. Even outside the USA, you don't see engines rated in watts or newtons very often. Fuel will still be sold in pounds and gallons, even if the configuration files use kg or litres. The bug is with the real world, not the software. FWIW, YASim is 100% SI internally. But it still uses "native" units (pounds for fuel, etc...) in its configuration files. Positions are dont in meters, though.
