This really looks nice. I'm excited that there's more 3d cockpit work going on these days. I would not worry a whole lot about the vertex count. We have enough lighter weight models to keep those with older systems happy, and this stuff really looks great on the better hardware. Other models are even a little bigger than 7500 and they seem fine with my geforce2MX which is middle of the road, maybe even sligthly dated now.
