LOAN is all under-ground, with one side face even missing.

LOLM is in a quite deep hole -- a challenge to take off with a c310

KMRY isn't raied/lowered much, but has a strange grass runway part
     in the middle of a normal asphalt runway.

KEDW has such a wavy surface, that you can't take off with the Hunter
     from the default runway (breaks your gear)

KPIT also has some very bumpy runways. I also seem to remember that ROP or TIQ or one of the airfields at Tinian Island is about 50 feet below grade. Lots of fun in a c310.
