copy direct.xml from some other engine directory to Aircraft/Concorde/Engines. it worked for me.

A few weeks ago there was a change made to the propulsion system code such that engines could be stored - not only in the engine/ directory - but in the same directory that the aircraft config file is in. This might cause some problems that were unforeseen because the thruster is probably searched for in the same directory as the aircraft, too. If that has not ALSO been moved over (the thruster file, that is; in this case direct.xml), then the load will fail.
