This has been found to be typically true, as far as I remember. Point the
camera at the CG (if that can be done) to see for sure. JSBSim by internal
definition calculates forces and moments about the CG. Translating that to
the 3D model in FlightGear can be tough, which is the reason for the Visual
Reference Point.
