He can't use screenshots that we took as it's definitely an violation of our copyright. (NB: probably we should put the web page under a creative commons license - as long as we don't state anything it's under the most restrictive licensing, nobody might use the content) If he is allowed to publish his own screenshots is an totally different problem. Although my private lawyer :) told me that this might be illegal I doubt anybody cares when the software is under the GPL.
