..and there's also the fair use doctrine tradition, is relevant even
outside the US.  Even "redlineit" would have been able to make 
use of the fair use clause in US copyright law, had he distributed 
"his" "digital entities" under the GPL instead of his "Officially 
Licensed Varez Reseller EULA" or whatever he calls it.
