Definitely to be kept, as it is probably _the_ basic plane used in tutorials, also due to it being a pretty well-behaved single piston craft. > data/Aircraft/c310 \ > data/Aircraft/c310u3a \ Can't remember having tried that one, but I could see the Seneca here as well. > data/Aircraft/Citation-Bravo \ Really nice plane, which I use for IFR "training". However, the B1900 might fit here as well, though a different category (prop vs. jet). > data/Aircraft/f16 \ Can't really say much about that one, not my category of aircraft. > data/Aircraft/j3cub \ Definitely keep. It's a good example for a very simple light aircraft and it's lack/shortage of instruments really teaches you to look outside to determine your attitude. It being a light _taildragger_ is also a special in the hangar, AFAIK. > data/Aircraft/Hunter \ > data/Aircraft/p51d \ Same as f16: Can't say much about this one. Although the P51 is a good example for a high performance piston prop warplane (from a historic and technical point of view). Can't say much about the quality though. > data/Aircraft/pa28-161 \ I once tried a well made "pa" from the hangar, but can't remember whether it was the pa28 or the pa24. Also from the "standard light single engine props" category, but probably a bit more complex than the c172. > data/Aircraft/Rascal \ Erm...not really sure about this one. It's pretty much out of the row and I'd rather add the Dragonfly as an example for a microlight. Unfortunately, the latter has only an incomplete panel, so I don't know what to do about that. > data/Aircraft/T38 \ See f16... > data/Aircraft/ufo \ I'd keep that. It doesn't take much space, allows roaming around a bit and provides an easy way to place scenery objects - which of course we want people to do, don't we? ;-) > data/Aircraft/wrightFlyer1903 \ Tried once. Nice from a historic point of view, but not very useful for users. If we had a Ryan NYP, I'd replace it with that for the "history" category, but as we have no NYP, I'd drop it. As was said, we lack a glider with towing capabilities. Although the bocian seems to be popular among fgfs glider pilots, it's pretty large as well (14MB, mostly detailed textures). The ASK21 model looks nice, is towing capable and takes only 3.4MB, so maybe we could include that?
